Karnataka qualified doctors association conducted a free National webinar on September 13th at 4pm.
Topic was “Feel the heartbeat in Ischemic heart disease by Dr.Divakar Bhat senior cardio thoracic and vascular surgeon, Mallya hospital, Bangalore.
Webinar was inaugurated by Patron Dr.B.D.Patel by Shangunadham.
Dr.Chaithali(immediate past President KQHDA) welcomed the speaker & all participants. Introduction was done by Dr.Shreepad Hedge(President KQHDA).
Dr . Divakar Bhat gave a detailed presentation about ischemic heart disease, heart attacks, its causes, it’s signs and symptoms, how to identify IHD, it’s prevention, about diabetes and cardiovascular disease which is now increasing. He spoke about life after heart attacks, how to give first aid during heart attack,and difference between heart attacks and heart failure. He also answered all the questions put forth by the participants.
Session was concluded by Dr.B.D.Patel who told that Dr.Divakar presented the session in simple words for people to understand very well. Dr.B.R.Srinivas (past President KQHDA)gave the vote of thanks in the end.
